The defense industries system affirmed its continued support of social responsibility projects, out of its belief in providing assistance to society. Deputy Director General of the system, Brigadier General Moatasem Abdullah Al-Hajj, said that the system has been performing its societal role for a long time within the framework of national and social responsibility. Moatasem pointed out the importance of the military industrialization of countries. He said that if the state abandoned military industrialization, it would be weak. He stressed the importance of maintaining social responsibility. He pointed out that the system provided more than $20 million in the field of social responsibility during the year 2020.
